Welcome to The 1st Throne - The Kamael
There are several methods available for updating to The 1st Throne.
- Update your game client through the game updater.
- Later today, you can also download the full The 1st Throne game client from FilePlanet.
- Download the PTS to Live Conversion file from the official web site if you played on The 1st Throne Public Test Server. Be sure to "Check Files" to make sure you download all necessary files.
Please be aware of the following changes that will also occur during the server downtime in preparation for The 1st Throne.
- Your characters will be moved to the closest village. Chaotic characters will be re-located outside of the nearest village or to Floran Village.
- Replays from Interlude will no longer be viewable with The 1st Throne.

The wait is almost over! We're pleased to announce that the Lineage II: The 1st Throne update will be going live on Wednesday, December 12. The current estimated maintenance period for the launch of The 1st Throne is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM GMT +1) on Wednesday, December 12. Event Gatekeepers will be back in the towns of Aden and Elmore to celebrate the launch.
During the server downtime for the launch of The 1st Throne, your character(s) will be moved to the nearest village. Also, the replays you created in Interlude will not be compatible with The 1st Throne, and can only be viewed in the Interlude game client. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
More details about downloading The 1st Throne will be available on launch day, so stay tuned!
As a result of a couple mysterious missing letters, we will be extending the A New Era Event. The event did end at the scheduled time today, but we will be reactivating it for another day and a half.
The event will be reactivated on Tuesday, November 27th at 12:00 PM Central Time (7:00 PM GMT +1) and will end on Thursday, November 29th at 12:00 AM (7:00 AM GMT +1).
The 1st Throne - The Kamael update is now live on the Public Test Server! Be one of the first to see the Kamael and their city on the Isle of Souls, participate in a Fortress battle, explore new lands, try out new items, and much more!

We have implemented a small change to how new Australian and New Zealand Lineage II subscribers pay for their accounts. This will not affect current subscribers.
- Current active Lineage II customers from Australia and New Zealand will continue to pay in Euros or Pounds.
- Any new accounts activated in Australia or New Zealand will automatically be set up to pay in US Dollars.
- Any current inactive accounts that are in Australia or New Zealand will have their billing set automatically to US dollars.

Known Issues
There is currently a known issue with jewelry not displaying properly in the inventory. If you find that your jewelry isn't visible, please use the Tab key or the Alt+V key to open the inventory. Your jewelry should re-appear.

The Chaotic Throne is nearly upon us! The current estimated maintenance period for the launch of Interlude is 8:00 AM CDT to 2:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, April 11.
During the server downtime for the launch of Interlude, your character will be moved to the nearest village. Additionally, the following event items will be removed:

- Squash Seed (Fall Harvest)
- Large Squash Seed (Fall Harvest)
- Pollen (Fall Harvest)
