The vast world of Aden is about to expand! Gracia™ Epilogue, the latest expansion to Lineage II, will be hitting the live servers on Tuesday, November 17th. New and updated hunting grounds, vitality changes, a new mail system, and much, much more are in store for you with this exciting new update!
Patch notes for the update are available on the Gracia Epilogue Preview Site. The estimated maintenance period for this launch is 7am CST to 2pm CST so please plan accordingly.
Gracia Epilogue™ will be arriving on the Official Lineage II Public Test Server on Thursday, October 29th, 2009. New quests, hunting grounds, improved vitality and more await you in this final installment of Gracia. Check out the Gracia Epilogue Preview Site for a sneak peak of what is in store for this update.
You will need to download the official Lineage II Public Test Server client in order to join us on the 29th. The client will be available for download very soon so keep an eye out for announcements on how to get set up to access PTS.

Several changes to Eva's Inferno have been made and there are new rewards for players to receive during the event. Please check out this announcement on the forums to discuss the changes below.
The first thing that you will notice is that the event periods will now begin at 3 am CDT for US servers and 2am BST for EU servers. This is when the event will reset every day instead of at the same time for each server every day. For the US servers, this means that 1am PDT / 3am CDT / 4am EDT / 8am GMT / 9am BST is your reset time. For EU servers it is 6pm PDT / 8pm CDT / 9pm EDT / 1am GMT / 2am BST.
In addition to the time zone changes, we have extended the period for which you can collect the rewards on day 10 and 14 to 24 hours. Once your server has reached the blessing period, you will now have 24 hours to visit Jack Sage and retrieve your reward so that players who might not be awake or able to collect the reward right away will all be able to receive rewards on these days.
Lastly, the rewards for Day 10 and 14 have been changed due to player feedback on the event. We have introduced a new reward to the event and removed several scroll rewards from the chests for day 10 and 14. On Day 10, all chests will contain Vitality Replenishing Potions (Yes, that was plural!) and our new reward, a 5 hour duration Rune of SP 30%. When you open the chest for Day 10, the rune will activate and the timer will start counting down so you will not want to open the chest until you are absolutely ready to begin using the Rune of SP. The Rune of SP 30% is not tradable.
Day 14 chests will now contain a 5 hour Rune of Experience Points 50% and a 5 hour Rune of SP 50%. Similar to the Day 10 rune, the timer for these runes will begin as soon as you open the chest. It will not be possible to stop the timer once the chest has been opened so make sure you are ready to begin using the runes when you open the chest. Every chest will contain the same rewards so you will know exactly what is inside. These runes are not tradable.
The following rewards that were initially mentioned on the Event page are no longer available: Experience Rune 30% (This has been replaced with the 50% variety), transformation scrolls, several buff scrolls. All of these rewards have been replaced with extra vitality potions, more potent experience runes, and the new SP increasing rune.

The 5th Anniversary Event that recently began did not cooperate as it should have, so we have decided to extend the event! The letters that dropped from monsters in Aden and Gracia will begin dropping again by 2:00 PM Central Time Friday, May 8th and will continue until maintenance begins on Tuesday, May 12th. The Event NPC's will still be removed from the game during maintenance on Tuesday, May 12th, so be sure you exchange all of the words you've collected before the servers are brought down.
NOTICE: NCsoft Billing and Technical Telephone Support will be unavailable on Friday, May 8, 2009 due to a company function. You will still be able to contact support via the Help Site. Telephone Support will resume on Monday, May 11, 2009 for our normal phone support hours.

Castle Siege Time Change
With the launch of the Gracia Final expansion, there will be a change in all castle siege times. Starting with the launch of Gracia Final, all castle sieges which used to be on Saturday and Sunday will be moved to Sunday between 16:00 - 18:00 and 20:00-22:00 Central time. This change is due to the new addition of territory battles.
Bartz, Devianne, Teon, Luna, Aria:
- First castle sieges after Gracia Final will occur on Saturday, May 9th, and Sunday, May 10th - Same as before.
- Once these sieges are complete, the Clan Lord will only be able to choose times on Sunday for all subsequent castle sieges.
- First Territory War will start on Saturday, May 23rd.
- First Sunday-only castle sieges start on Sunday, May 24th.
Franz, Sayha, Phoenix:
- First castle sieges after Gracia Final will occur on Saturday, May 2nd, and Sunday, May 3rd - Same as before.
- Once these sieges are complete, the Clan Lord will only be able to choose times on Sunday for all subsequent castle sieges.
- First Territory War will start on Saturday, May 16th.
- First Sunday-only castle sieges start on Sunday, May 17th.
Clan Rights Reset
Additionally, with the launch of Gracia Final, all Clan Rights will be reset. Therefore, Clan Lords will need to reapply any Clan Rights which were in place prior to the launch of Gracia Final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Welcome to Gracia Final and Territory Wars!
We are very pleased to announce that Lineage II: Gracia Final will be going live on Tuesday, April 28th, 2009! The estimated maintenance period for this launch is 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central.
During this maintenance period a number of changes will occur. All characters will all be moved to the nearest town along with a few other minor changes. The other changes will be announced over the next week leading up to the maintenance period.
Lastly, once the maintenance period is complete the Lineage II 5th Year Anniversary Event will start. So prepare yourself for a great 5th anniversary event, the Lineage II: Gracia Final expansion, and 5 years of Lineage II all on April 28th!
The Gracia Final expansion will be live on the Official Lineage II Preview Server starting Thursday, April 16th at approximately 3pm CDT! Log in, create a boosted level 83 character, and explore the latest content and features that the biggest Lineage II expansion has to offer. From new Vesper items to new Gracia continent, where you will encounter enemies in air, you're not going to want to miss what we have in store. Please note that we will be temporarily stopping paid services. Tuesday, April 21 will be the last date that paid services will be performed. At that time, Paid Services will be turned back on and you will be able to register for any services you want to be applied on Tuesday, May 12th during regular maintenance.

With Daylight Savings going into effect this weekend (Sunday, March 8), server maintenance has been scheduled to adjust for the time change. Maintenance will occur at 1:45am (CST) on all US servers. This includes Bartz, Devianne, Sayha, Aria and Phoenix. The maintenance period is expected to last approximately 2 hours.
