When fairy dust and ala of fairy gained popularity as precious collector's items among the aristocrats of Elmoreden, the fairies were hunted indiscriminately to the point of extinction. Obelius, the king of the fairies led them to this region, where they have been living invisible to the outside world until now. They were afraid of making their existence known to Humans, so they rarely ventured outside the valley. However, they still have a great affinity for the Elves.
